Q: Is hypnosis safe?
A: Yes. The deep sleep hypnosis used here is gentle, autonomy respecting and permissive. You remain in control, and able to stop at any time. Many people describe it as deeply relaxing focused attention — similar to being absorbed in music or a calming story.
Q: What if my body doesn’t relax right away?
A: That's completely normal. Your nervous system learned to stay alert over time — it likely won't unlearn that in one session. This method is cumulative by design. Q: How long does it take?
